We've created our Woodland Adventure Days to be relaxed, welcoming and full of simple adventures that families can enjoy together.

No pressure. No rushing from one activity to the next. Just time to build dens, make walking sticks, explore the woodland, sit around the campfire and enjoy being outdoors together.

That’s completely normal… most people do before they book.

Here are some of the things we get asked the most, to help you feel clear and comfortable before you come

🌿 Is it suitable for my child's age?

Our Woodland Adventure Days are designed for families with children of all ages. Activities are relaxed and flexible, so younger children can explore at their own pace while older children can get stuck into den building, walking stick making, treasure hunts and woodland adventures. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the day.

🌿 What happens if it rains?

We don't let a little Welsh weather stop the adventure. We have covered areas for some activities, and many of our woodland activities are just as much fun in the rain. We simply recommend bringing waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear so everyone stays comfortable.

Can we stay overnight?

Yes. You can bring your own tent or campervan, or book one of our glamping options. Overnight stays must be booked in advance as spaces are limited.

Do I need to join in with the activities?

Yes. Woodland Adventure Days are designed as family experiences, not drop off sessions. We encourage parents, grandparents and carers to build dens, explore the woods, make walking sticks and enjoy the day alongside the children. The best memories are usually made together.

What's included?

Your ticket includes a full day on our 25 acres of meadow and ancient woodland, all planned family activities, craft materials, campfire and s'mores, and hot drinks throughout the day. Meals, camping and glamping are available as optional extras.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must be under control at all times, owners must clean up after them, and all dogs attending must have suitable third party liability insurance.

What is your refund policy?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel or do not attend for any reason, you will not receive a refund, so we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

If we have to cancel the workshop, you will be offered a transfer to another event or a credit voucher to use at a future event.
