Limited spaces to keep the weekend small, hands-on and personal.
The form should take about 2 minutes to fill in
Once you submit, you’ll be prompted to make a payment to secure your spots.
Thinking about coming but still have a few questions? You’re not alone. Here’s what people usually want to know.
Not at all. You don’t need to know your mugwort from your motherwort. This weekend is for complete beginners as well as people who already love working with herbs and plants. We learn by doing, making, tasting and experiencing, so just come curious
We’re still not telling you everything. Where would be the fun in that?
Part Two contains completely different makes, remedies, rituals and creations from Part One. We’ll reach further into the Witch’s Cupboard, exploring some of the things we simply couldn't squeeze into the first weekend.
You’ll leave with another collection of remedies and witchy creations to add to what you took home from Part One..
Your ticket includes:
• All workshops, teaching, rituals and activities across the weekend
• All herbs, ingredients and materials used to make your creations
• Your own collection of remedies and witchy creations to take home
• Saturday night sound bath
• Camping or campervan stay on our land
• Access to our 25 acres of meadow and ancient woodland
• Use of our facilities
• Hot and cold drinks during workshops
Food:
Food is not included in your ticket. Home cooked vegetarian meals are available to purchase throughout the weekend, with vegan and gluten free options available when requested in advance. You are also very welcome to bring and cook your own food in our camp kitchen
Accommodation upgrades (optional extras):
Glamping bell tent (+ additional cost)
Shared indoor accommodation bed (+ additional cost)
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel or do not attend for any reason, you will not receive a refund, so we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
If we have to cancel the workshop, you will be offered a transfer to another event or a credit voucher to use at a future event.
You can stay:
In your own tent, included in your ticket
In your campervan, included in your ticket
In one of our glamping bell tents, additional cost
In shared indoor accommodation, additional cost per bed
In one of our off grid lodges, additional cost
Camping and campervans are included in the weekend price, so there is nothing extra to pay unless you choose to upgrade your accommodation.
Accommodation Upgrades
Glamping bell tent
Shared indoor accommodation
Our off grid lodge may also be available for the weekend. This is booked separately through Airbnb, so please contact us if you’re interested and we’ll send you the booking link.
You can select your accommodation option when booking
Absolutely. Lots of people come to our weekends on their own. We keep the group small and spend the weekend learning, making, eating and sitting around the fire together, so you very quickly become part of the group. You certainly won’t be the only person arriving without knowing anyone.
After booking, you will be sent a full “What to Bring” list, but in general you will need:
Your tent or campervan (unless glamping)
Bedding or sleeping bag
Warm clothes and waterproofs
Notebook and pen
Mug and water bottle
Suitable outdoor footwear
This workshop will still go ahead in most weather conditions. This is Wales after all, and the rain is what keeps everything so beautifully green.
We have indoor and covered spaces available, so the weekend will still run even if the weather is wet.
Some of the weekend will take place outdoors as we meet and work with plants growing on the land, so please bring warm layers, waterproofs and sturdy footwear.
Only in extreme or unsafe weather conditions would we need to postpone the workshop. If this happens, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a credit voucher.
Part One barely scratched the surface.
There are more remedies to make, more plants and folklore to discover, more old practices to explore and quite a few stranger things tucked away at the back of the cupboard.
Part Two is a completely new weekend, created for those who have already joined us for Part One and want to carry on exploring.
We’ll make new things, explore new traditions and take our relationship with plants, remedies, ritual and magic a little further.
Same cupboard. Completely different things hiding inside.
Limited spaces so everyone gets proper support
