Overview

Three days of community, connection, relaxation and healing.

This is a three-day, immersive Inner Child Healing Retreat held in ancient woodland and meadowland in South West Wales.

Guests relaxing in a serene retreat space

Everything is set up to feel unhurried and easy from the moment you arrive. The land, the pace, and the way the days unfold are all designed to help you settle in and breathe a little deeper.

Together, in a small and supportive group, we gently explore where feelings of not being good enough began… where our sense of being safe or unsafe was shaped… and how the belief that we couldn’t fully express ourselves was formed.

Through guided healing sessions, gentle but powerful exercises, creative play, time in nature and integration circles, you’ll begin to understand the patterns you’ve carried.

Experience what real understanding can unlock — and what it feels like to soften the weight you’ve been holding for so long.

This isn’t about blaming the past.
It’s about meeting it with compassion, so it no longer quietly runs your present.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of where your “not good enough” belief began.

More compassion for yourself — instead of constant self-criticism.

Practical tools to regulate your emotions when old patterns surface.

A clearer sense of your voice and how to express it safely.

A feeling of connection — to yourself and to others — that doesn’t require you to shrink or perform.

And perhaps most importantly, the quiet knowing that you are not broken.

How the days tend to unfold.

We move gently, but with intention.

There is space to settle, Space to play, Space to feel, Space to integrate.

You’re welcome to arrive from 10am on Friday to set up your tent or campervan, settle into the land and take your time.

The programme begins at 4pm.

We don’t rush you in.

There’s space to breathe before we begin.

Day 1 Friday Arrival & Opening

At 4pm, we gather for our opening circle and introductions.

After dinner, we move gently into our first Inner Child Healing session — setting the tone for the weekend.

The evening closes around the campfire. Singing, ukuleles, laughter and simple connection. Nothing forced. Just warmth.

Day 2 Saturday Exploring & Softening

Saturday – Exploring & Softening

Breakfast begins the day before we move into playful nervous-system-soothing activities

Play is intentional. It builds safety.

Across the day we move between guided Inner Child Healing sessions, creative woodland expression, rest, food and integration time.

The evening brings further healing work followed by a relaxed campfire with s’mores — grounding what has surfaced.

Day 3 Sunday Integration & Closing

Sunday is Integration & Closing

After breakfast and optional playtime, we move into our final Inner Child Healing session.

We close with a guided meditation, forest bathing and a gentle integration circle.

You leave steadied.

What Past Guests Are Saying

"I came with lifelong pain from childhood physical abuse — and left feeling whole."

We intentionally keep our Inner Child Retreat small so every person feels seen, supported, and held.

Here’s a few words from people who have joined us betore.

II came with lifelong pain and unfulfilment from childhood physical abuse.

I had a wonderful experience. A beautiful time with myself and others in nature.

I feel more confident in who I’ve become and who I’m heading to be.

I realised that I am already whole and healed.

100% professionally run weekend focused on healing but with a lot of fun and relaxation.

Incredibly healing setting and vibe. Great accommodation, wonderful hosts, lots of progression from the workshops and time underneath the trees.

M Kirkwood

A year into sobriety, I wanted to explore my newly forming future. I also want to break the generational trauma I show in my parenting and day-to-day life in a safe space.

I’ve gained more compassion, greater understanding of limiting beliefs, and I feel energetically stronger.

I know now what to do.

It was a gentle, safe and fun space to really take care of yourself.

I’d say it’s the start (or part) of a great process.

Daisy

I was feeling stuck and holding a lot of anger. I needed to revisit my inner child to heal.

The whole weekend flowed nicely.

I just feel calm and grounded.

It helped me to slow down and reconnect to myself and nature.

Calming. Thought-provoking. Connecting.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re curious but hesitant, you’re not alone. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.

Do I have to share personal details in the group?

No. You are never required to share more than you feel ready to.

Some people speak openly. Others prefer to reflect quietly. Both are completely welcome. This is a trauma-aware space where choice and consent matter.

Is this retreat very intense?

It can be deep, but it is held gently.

We balance guided healing work with play, creativity, time in nature and integration. There is space to breathe, rest and regulate throughout the weekend.

You will not be pushed or overwhelmed.

What’s included in my ticket price?

Your £300 ticket includes the full three-day Inner Child Healing programme and access to the land from Friday 10am to Sunday afternoon.

It also includes:

• All guided healing sessions
• Evidence-based exercises and facilitated group work
• Creative play and woodland expression
• Guided meditation and forest bathing
• Integration circles
• All meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks
• Hot and cold drinks throughout the weekend

You are welcome to camp in your own tent or bring your campervan at no additional cost.

If you’d prefer more comfort, shared same-sex bell tent accommodation or a private fully furnished bell tent are available for an additional cost.

All food is plant-based, with gluten-free options available. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking.

Are children welcome?

For this retreat, we don’t allow guests to bring children.

Inner Child Healing requires presence and self-focus. We want you to have uninterrupted space to connect with your own younger self — without being pulled into caring for others.

This weekend is about you.

Is this only for people who’ve experienced trauma?

No.

This retreat is for anyone who recognises patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty expressing themselves or feeling “not good enough”.

You don’t need a label or a dramatic story to attend.

Are dogs welcome?

For our Inner Child Healing Retreat, we don’t allow guests to bring dogs.

We’ve found that when people are doing deeper emotional work, it can be easy to focus on caring for their dog rather than fully allowing themselves to drop into the experience.

This weekend is about you — your space, your process, your attention.

There will be dogs on the land, as our own dogs live here, so it may not be suitable for those who are uncomfortable around dogs. But we ask that guests leave their own dogs at home so they can give themselves their full focus.

Where will I stay?

You’re welcome to bring your own tent or campervan and stay on the land.

If you’d prefer not to camp alone, we also offer shared same-sex accommodation in our five-metre bell tents (up to three guests sharing, with proper beds), available for an additional cost.

Or, if you’d like your own space, you can hire a fully furnished five-metre bell tent for yourself for an additional cost.

You’re free to choose the level of comfort and privacy that feels right for you

If you’re tired of carrying the “not good enough” story, this is your invitation.
