Are you ready to reconnect with your intuition and remember how to listen to yourself again?

Are you ready to reconnect with your intuition and remember how to listen to yourself again?

You don’t need to be psychic.
You don’t need to be “spiritual”.
You don’t need years of study.

But you can learn how plants have been used for centuries to support dreaming, visioning, emotional healing, and inner guidance.

This weekend is about slowing down enough to hear yourself think again.
It’s about sitting with plants, learning their stories, their uses, and their gentle way of helping us see things more clearly.

You’ll spend the weekend working with plants for dreams, intuition, and inner guidance — making your own dream remedies, learning traditional plant wisdom, and spending time on the land reconnecting with yourself.

Are You Ready To Slow Down Enough To Hear Yourself Again?

To help you decide if this weekend workshop is the right fit, here is a clear snapshot of the key details and who it is for

What is this Weekend About?

There was a time when plants were not just used for physical medicine.

They were used for dreaming.
For guidance.
For grief.
For protection.
For helping people through change and difficult times.

This weekend is about reconnecting with that older relationship with plants — not just what they do physically, but how they support us emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

It’s about slowing down, spending time on the land, working with the plants, and giving yourself space to think, breathe, and listen to yourself again.

What You will Learn

Over the weekend, you will learn how to:

Work with plants for dream support and dream recall

Use plants to support sleep and calm the nervous system

Work with plants for intuition and inner guidance

Understand the emotional and energetic properties of different plants

Make your own dream and vision remedies

Create simple personal practices using plants for reflection and direction

Safely prepare and use these plants at home

This is practical, hands-on learning that you can continue using long after the weekend.

Who it’s for

This weekend may be for you if:

You feel like you are at a crossroads in life

You feel a bit lost or unsure about what comes next

You want some quiet space to think and breathe

You are interested in dreams, intuition, and plant wisdom

You feel drawn to plants but don’t fully know why

You want to spend a weekend in nature with like-minded people

You want to reconnect with yourself, away from normal life for a few days

You do not need any experience with herbs or plants.
You just need to be open and curious.

What You Will Take Home

Over the weekend, yes, you’ll make beautiful things to take home with you — your own dream tea blends, sleep teas, dream pillow, anointing oil, and smoke cleansing bundle.

But what most people take home from this weekend isn’t just what’s in their bag…
It’s what’s changed in their head and their heart.

You’ll leave with:

A calmer nervous system
Better sleep
A deeper understanding of plants and how they support the mind and emotions
Space you’ve given yourself to think properly
Time away from normal life to reflect
A notebook full of thoughts, ideas, and realisations
Practices you can continue at home
A different relationship with plants — and with yourself

And for many people, the biggest thing they leave with is this:

Clarity.

Not because someone tells you what to do with your life.
But because you finally have the space to hear your own voice again.

You don’t just leave with the things you’ve made.
You leave with space, clarity, and a new way of listening to yourself.

Overview

Three days of slowing down, reconnecting, and working with plants in a different way

This is a full weekend on the land where you’ll be learning, making, walking, resting, thinking, and spending time with plants in a way most of us never get the chance to in normal life.

Guests relaxing in a serene retreat space

Everything we do is gentle and practical. You won’t just be listening — you’ll be making your own dream teas, sleep blends, dream pillow, anointing oil, and smoke cleansing bundle as we go. This is hands-on, but it’s also spacious. There is time to sit, to walk, to journal, to talk, or just to be quiet.

The weekend is held here on our land in South West Wales, and people stay here camping or in their campervans, which means the whole weekend feels relaxed and unhurried. There’s time around the fire in the evenings, time to talk, share, or just listen. Many people come on their own and don’t know anyone else when they arrive, and by the end of the weekend, they’ve usually made new friends and are already planning which workshop they’re coming back for next.

Over the three days, you’ll learn about plants traditionally used for dreaming, sleep, intuition, grief, and emotional support. You’ll learn how to work with them safely, how to prepare them, and how to build simple personal practices that you can continue at home.

But more than anything, this weekend gives you something most people don’t have anymore:

Time.
Space.
Quiet.
And the chance to hear your own thoughts again

How the days tend to unfold.

We move gently, but with intention.
There is space to settle. Space to walk. Space to make. Space to rest. Space to think. Space to integrate.

You’re welcome to arrive from 10am on Friday to set up your tent or campervan, settle into the land and take your time.
The programme begins at 4pm.
We don’t rush you in.
There’s time to breathe before we begin.

Day 1 Friday Arrival and settling in

On Friday afternoon we gather for our opening circle and introductions, and we begin gently — setting the tone for the weekend.

We’ll start with an introduction to the plants we’ll be working with and how plants have traditionally been used for dreaming, sleep, protection, and guidance.

After dinner, we move into a gentle evening of a tea ceremony, followed by time around the campfire. Nothing formal. Just warmth, conversation, and beginning to slow down.

Day 2 Saturday Connection, learning and time on the land

Saturday is a full but unhurried day. There is space to move, learn, rest, and connect, with plenty of breathing room in between.

There will be a mixture of:

Plant walks and identification

Learning about plants for dreaming, sleep, intuition, and emotional support

Tea blending and making your dream and sleep blends

Making your dream pillow and anointing oil

Time to sit, journal, walk, or just be quiet

Tea Ceremonies

In the evening, we gather for a sound bath, giving you time to rest, integrate everything you’ve learned, and properly relax after the day.

After the sound bath, for those who don’t feel ready for an early night, we usually gather around the campfire for conversation and connection. Nothing formal, just a lovely way to end the day.

Day 3 Finishing, packing and taking your apothecary home

Sunday morning is slower. We have a morning tea ceremony, finish any remedies, label everything, and make sure you understand what everything is for and how to use it when you get home.

We also take a bit of time for reflection — what you’re taking away from the weekend, what you’ve learned, and what you want to carry forward into your life.

We finish around mid-day so people have time to travel home without rushing.

Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and like they’ve had a proper break from the world for a few days.

What past guests say about our herbal weekends

“I've learnt so much and come home with lots of goodies”

We keep our workshops small and hands-on so everyone can be involved, ask questions and actually learn by doing.
Here are a few words from people who have joined us before.

"So many times I feel I am doing life alone and I know from my inner strength I can do it alone, but this weekend I found connection and felt a real sisterhood. You realise through love, laughter and feeling safe that there are others out there who will stand by you.

Thank you Kathy for creating that space, and thank you to everyone for their love, energy and most of all laughter."

L Farmer

"Everyone needs to do at least one Herbal Remedies weekend. The knowledge is invaluable and you leave feeling more confident to look after yourself and help others. Absolutely fabulous weekend, with the beautiful bonus of reconnecting with an inspiring group of people."

M Dunne

"Such a beautiful weekend. I learnt so much, and when I went on my dog walk the next morning I was looking at all the plants with a completely new set of eyes. Thank you for such a great weekend of knowledge"

Thinking about coming but still have a few questions? You’re not alone. Here’s what people usually want to know.

Do I need any previous herbal knowledge?

No, not at all. This weekend is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already have an interest in herbs and natural remedies. Everything is taught step-by-step and you will learn by doing, not just by listening.

What will I make during the weekend?

During the weekend, you will learn how to grow, harvest, prepare and make your own herbal remedies. This may include tinctures, oils, salves, teas and other herbal preparations depending on the season and what plants are available.

You will be making your own remedies to take home with you.

What’s included in my ticket price?

Your ticket includes:

All workshops and teaching across the weekend

All materials and ingredients needed for the remedies you make

Camping on the land (tent or campervan)

A full weekend learning experience in nature

Use of the facilities

Food is not included in the ticket price, but affordable meals and snacks are available to purchase on site, or you are very welcome to bring and cook your own food.

What is your refund policy?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel or do not attend for any reason, you will not receive a refund, so we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

If we have to cancel the workshop, you will be offered a transfer to another event or a credit voucher to use at a future event.

Where will I be staying?

You can stay:

In your own tent (included)

In your campervan (included)

In a glamping bell tent (additional cost)

In shared indoor accommodation (additional cost per bed)

You will select your accommodation option on the booking form.

Is this weekend suitable if I come on my own?

Yes, many people come on their own. The weekend is very friendly and relaxed, and people usually get to know each other very quickly because you are learning and making things together

What should I bring?

After booking, you will be sent a full “What to Bring” list, but in general you will need:

Your tent or campervan (unless glamping)

Bedding or sleeping bag

Warm clothes and waterproofs

Notebook and pen

Mug and water bottle

Suitable outdoor footwear

What if the weather is bad?

This workshop will still go ahead in most weather conditions — this is Wales after all, and the rain is what keeps everything so beautifully green.

We have indoor and covered spaces available, so the weekend will still run even if the weather is wet. Some parts of the weekend, such as plant walks and foraging, will still take place outdoors, so please bring suitable clothing, waterproofs and sturdy footwear.

Only in very extreme or unsafe weather conditions would we need to postpone the workshop. If this happens, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a credit voucher.

If you’ve been wanting to learn how to make your own remedies, this is your sign.

Come and spend a weekend on the land learning, making and reconnecting.

Spots are limited to keep our gatherings intimate.
