What Past Guests Are Saying

“I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I arrived.”

We intentionally keep our gatherings small so every person feels seen, supported, and held.

Here’s a few words from people who have joined us betore.

"Oh Kathy, that is exactly how I feel since coming across you, your family and your space — belonging.

For a girl whose major wound is feeling like the outsider, your space is exactly as you said: a soothing balm. A place where I can safely be myself, connect with my soul tribe, be wild and free, and heal.

You and Dave have created something beyond the physical — something held in your hearts. The space you hold continues to nourish my growth as a human, a healer, and a singer. I feel deeply supported, seen, and connected."

Kerry Marie

"Thanks Kathy, Dave and all who led the workshops. I dont think anyone left unchanged, children included, and they had a fab time running wild and free. It's a fabulous setting for getting in touch with yourself. thanks to all you wonderful ladies that came and made it a sacred, safe sapce. It was so good meeting you all and sharing the love"

Sara B

"Me and my son have been to four of Kathy and Dave’s Gatherings. Their ethos, their ethics, their inclusive community is beautiful and deserves to be respected. This is the future. Keep honouring the land and your vision, Kathy and Dave."

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, you’re in good company. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.

Is this gathering right for me if I’m feeling burnt out but still working full-time?

Yes. This gathering is for people who are still in the thick of everyday life. Working, parenting, showing up, and holding things together, even while feeling tired underneath it all.

You do not need to be at breaking point and you do not need time off work beforehand. The pace is gentle, there is no pressure to take part in everything, and nothing here asks you to dig deep or fix yourself.

It is simply a few days to slow down, rest your nervous system, and be supported by nature and community. Most people leave still working full time, but feeling steadier, calmer, and better able to cope with everyday life again.

How many people will be there?

Our August Gathering is still intimate, even though it’s our longest one.

We usually welcome around 40–60 adults and children across the week, spread over 25 acres of meadow and woodland.

It never feels crowded. There’s space to wander, sit quietly under a tree, join a circle, or let the children run free without it feeling busy or overwhelming.

We always cap numbers to protect the feel of the gathering. Connection matters more than volume here.

No hidden extras. Just simple choices.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Children are very welcome at our Community Camping and Healing Gatherings, and children under 16 attend free. This is a family friendly space where children are free to play, explore the land, and be themselves while adults take part in the gathering.

Can I come with a friend, partner, or bring the whole family?

Yes, absolutely. You are very welcome to come with a friend, partner, or bring the whole family if that feels right for you. Some people arrive together, others come on their own, and both are equally welcome. There is no expectation to stay together the whole time, and plenty of space for shared time or doing your own thing.

If you want, we can add a short line here linking back to the children attend free section, but this already reads warm, clear, and very you.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes – well-behaved dogs are welcome at our Community Camping & Healing Gatherings.

To allow us to continue welcoming dogs on the land, our insurance now requires a copy of your dog’s third-party liability insurance. This can simply be uploaded with your booking form.

We also ask that dogs are kept under control and that you clean up after them, so the land stays safe and lovely for everyone.

I’m coming by myself. Is that OK?

Yes, of course. Many people come on their own, and you will not be the only one. This is a very welcoming, community focused gathering, and people tend to connect naturally without any pressure to share or socialise before they are ready.

You are free to join in as much or as little as you like. Coming on your own often feels like the easiest way to settle in and take the gathering at your own pace.

I dont have a tent or campervan

That’s absolutely fine — quite often people don’t.

You have the option to book a place in one of our shared, same-sex bell tents. Up to three people share a 5-metre bell tent, with proper beds and bedding provided. All you need to do is turn up with your clothes and personal bits.

Or, you can book a whole 5-metre bell tent just for you — or for you and your friends or family. These come fully set up with:

• Proper beds and bedding
• Rugs and cosy touches
• Outdoor table and chairs
• A camping kitchen setup

So you can arrive, unpack, and settle straight in.

If you’re unsure which option would suit you best, just message us and we’ll talk it through.

If your body is asking for a reset, this is your invitation.
